Do I have to book for the individual presentations?
There will be three locations for presentations and none of the rooms will have priority seating. All investors will need to be at the presentation venue 5 minutes before the start and take a seat after the previous attendees have vacated.
Can I introduce a Company to Mello 2018 that I am invested in?
Yes but there are very few company stands available and the companies are carefully vetted by our panel to ensure a high quality of companies exhibiting and to prevent some of the less attractive listed companies wasting your time at the event.
What else will be on show beside listed companies to invest in?
There will be a number of partners, sponsors and specialist advice providers who will have stands and contribute on the panel sessions throughout the event. We intend to make this an informative networking event for investors.
I'm travelling up from London and staying for the two days, is there any chance of car sharing with other investors?
Yes, we have set up a dedicated Facebook group where attendees can look to arrange a car share with others.
Will there be a Poker tournament?
Yes! On Friday 27th, from 7.30pm we will be holding our Mello poker tournament. The buy-in is £10.
When will the full programme of talks, company presentations and panel sessions be released?
The full two day programme will be released in April, however, keep up to date with the latest news under 'Latest News' section on the website. You will also be given a printed copy of the programme on arrival at the Conference Centre.
I have heard there will be an awards ceremony at the event, is this true?
Yes, on Thursday night we will have the first ever investor led and voted on (no panel) company awards ceremony. Further information on the award categories will be published on the site soon and you will have the opportunity to nominate your favourite company.
